Item Description
Matched pair of concert posters for 1968 concerts that took place at Fillmore Auditorium and Winterland in San Francisco, CA. Posters feature connecting images by Dana Johnson, the only two Bill Graham posters created by this artist. BG-113 measures 14x22" and is first and only printing poster for March 28-30 concerts featuring Country Joe and the Fish, Steppenwolf and the Flamin' Groovies. Psychedelic design includes man and woman's face incorporated into landscape design. Upper left has tiny impression mark and some corner tip wear. VF overall. BG-114 measures 14-3/16x21-15/16" and is first printing poster for April 4-6 concerts featuring Eric Burdon & The Animals, Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Sons Of Champlin and Holy See. Poster features images of poppies and small town w/man's face and large poppy in bkg. Some scattered corner tip wear but Exc. overall.
