Item Description
Muhammad Ali and Jerry Quarry fought two boxing matches against one another; Ali won both fights through TKOs. The first bout took place Oct. 26, 1970 in Atlanta, GA and was stopped in the third round. The first fight is considered particularly notable because it was the first time Ali was fighting after his suspension from boxing. Offered here is the 8-3/8x10.75" fight program from the first fight, featuring a painted cover by Leroy Neiman. Program has several photos, including one of each fighter training under "Preparation For Battle" heading. Program has some pinch creases to spine but cover is o/w VF/Exc. Contents are unused and NM.
