Item Description
1-5/8" tall flat brass figural with identical details on each side. At top is loop and hat reads "Cleve/land". To operate, hold the figure's hat between thumb and forefinger. Then press the shoe heel down on a hard surface which causes the arm and nose-thumbing hand to pop out into view. Bright luster is gone but nice clean brass surface and works perfectly. These devices were first used in 1880 for Hancock and Garfield. Scarce.
