Item Description
8.75x10.75". Dated "Oyster Bay, Dec. 28th, 1898." Roosevelt writes to "The American Mutoscope Company" stating "Gentleman:- I Regret That It Is Impossible To Comply With Your Request Of The 27th." Signed boldly at conclusion "T. Roosevelt." Two vertical and one horizontal mailing folds. A .5" separation at the top of the left vertical fold, a 1/8" separation at top of right vertical fold, a .5" separation at right side of the horizontal fold and a less than .25" cut at top right corner. Otherwise only minor age toning at edges. Fine w/signature remaining Exc. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
