Item Description
Sizes are 6.5" to 9.5" long. The portrait ribbon is of finest quality with hanger bar pin w/brass luster keystone on silver plated bar holding double layer of blue fabric accented by detailed photographic  portrait of woven cloth (likely silk) all outlined in brass luster metallic thread. Reverse has bold gold lettering naming maker Clarence A. Hart Co. Manufacturers of Badges and Banners with Phila address. Essentially Mint. Ribbon with four-leaf clover has light tan tone on margins of top half. Fine with other two Exc. Leon Rowe Collection.
