Small format book by Blue Ribbon Press ©1934 King Features Syndicate Inc. 60 pages w/full-page story art on every other page. Choice pop-up center of Popeye standing among defeated soldiers. Pop-up is intact (these easily came loose). Pages are aged but clean. VF. Pop-up has extremely vibrant colors and is Exc. Cover shows scattered edge/corner tip wear and is Fine overall. Scarce.
