Issued by Cream Of Wheat or obtained by a newspaper premium offer. 1.5" tall brass with dark red enamel background paint. Luster is highly reflective. Reverse luster is not quite as shiny but almost complete. Reverse has text "Awarded For Distinguished Achievement" along with the facsimile signature of "Buck Rogers." NM.
