Item Description
This scarce ring from Wheaties was issued in 1940 titled "Jack Armstrong Dragon's Eye Ring." The white plastic bands are designed as crocodiles with open jaws. On this example one of the two bands as taken on a slight tannish color. The ring base still glows brightly in the dark after light exposure. The green plastic insert on the ring top is nicely translucent and displays a beautiful emerald green color under most light conditions. The box is 2.25x3x1.25" deep. It is complete although the cardboard as well as the paper mailing label are very tanned. Label remains well over 95% complete. Box is VG and we've seen only a few examples in our 50 years.
