Item Description
See previous item #1446. This is Paul Camilleri's pen and ink original art for page 23 of "Child's Play: The Series" #1. Five panel page features Chucky hanging up phone and running away as Russ discovers David dead, pinned to the counter w/several knives. Chucky taunts Russ, stating he's killed another of his friends upstairs, causing him to yell "They'll Kill You This Time! They'll Blow You Right The Hell Up!" Of note, Russ wears skull sunglasses (which reflect Chucky's menacing face) and has severed hand and dagger earrings. Last panel shows Chucky taunting that he's framed survivor, stating "No One's Going To Believe A Good Guy Doll Killed Your Friends... But A Horror Movie Fan With A Pentagram On His Floor... That'll Make Good Headlines." Chucky appears in every panel. Page has been inked by Mike Witherby. Top margin has production notations w/handwritten title and issue/page number. Art is Exc.
