Item Description
1-3/8x1-5/8" chrome luster metal case watch has dial featuring King Louie from Disney's "The Jungle Book" animated film. Made in Japan by Seiko, 1970s and part of a series featuring Cheshire Cat, Dopey and others that were only available to the Japanese market. Dial features wonderful design, King Louie's head is animated and spins as seconds tick. Animated hands. Dial text includes "Disney Time - King Louie" and tiny Disney copyright. Original fabric band has Japanese pricing band, noting sale price of ¥4,800. This is aged but intact. Back of case also has Seiko sticker. Watch is running and NM, old store stock. Scarce.
