Item Description
1.75" w/beautiful colors and typography on cream bkg. issued for 1902 multi-state celebration held in Toledo between May and Nov. State name in bright blue w/depiction of log cabin in the first letter "O" and depiction of modern building in final letter "O." Female figure seated at center holds a pair of torches. Bottom edge has text "Compliments Of Rock Island Plow Co." Backpaper by W&H but most area devoted to ad text for plow company. Our second in our 50 years. NM displaying Mint.
