Item Description
Lot of three made in Japan, 1960s. Pair of hard plastic guns, measuring 4.75" and 7.5" long and designed to look like "Thunderbird 2" and "Thunderbird 3" as seen on the 1964-1966 British sci-fi TV series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, utilizing marionettes. "Thunderbird 2" gun has raised "T2" designation of wings and is designed to fire small balls. This works, but balls not included. Exc. "Thunderbird 3" gun is squirt gun and features raised image of spaceman climbing into ship on grips. Aging to barrel and glue used to attach grips, Fine. 4.25" dia. by 2" tall plastic rice bowl has two images on exterior, showing Thunderbird 1 through 3 ships as well as Lady Penelope and Alan Tracy. Bowl shows lt. wear from use but decal images are complete. Lady Penelope/Alan decal has some lifting to decal, but it remains intact. Fine/VF.
