27x41.25" poster featuring art by E.M. Ashe showing doughboy in a tattered uniform about to throw a grenade into a trench full of Germans w/"Lend The Way They Fight - Buy Bonds To Your Utmost" text. Printed by W. F. Powers Litho Co. of New York, c. 1918. Poster was originally folded. w/three faint horizontal folds and has some lt. scattered handling wear. Lower left has some hairline creases but this is as printed. Poster has been linen-mounted and displays VF/Exc.
