Item Description
Lot of four magazines, each approx. 5.25x8.5" and w/16 pages. Offered here are May, June, Aug. and Sept. 1948 issues, two w/same "Metropolitan" store imprint w/other two having different imprints on backs. May and June issued have typed recipient name/address on back while Aug. issued has inked name/address. Aug. issue has contest for Superman watch prize and another page has blank for Superman-Tim stamp. All puzzles and games remain unused though May issue has some penciling to front cover. First three issues have some scattered handling wear/aging and are Fine-VF overall. Sept. issue has scattered moisture staining throughout and is VG. Franco Toscanini Collection.
