Item Description
Several different Hoppy label sets were issued in the 1950s and three different styles are represented here. All are 2.75x2.75" waxed paper. There are 56 different single labels: 30 from the numbered series and w/color illustrations, 23 w/color photos, three w/bw photos. There are also two uncut strips w/two labels per (#s 9-10, 19-20). These are promo variants w/text backs. The strips are NM/Mint. The other labels have scattered wear/aging but overall lot is EX to NM. Final item is 6x10" glossy card stock store shelf sign w/image of Hoppy and text "New Series Of Hoppy End Labels On Every Loaf Of Bond Bread." Lt. wear w/pair of clear tape strips on back flap but has unused adhesive strips . Fine.
