14x21" first printing poster sleeved by CGC, for Aug. 6-11, 1968 concerts that took place at Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA featuring Chambers Brothers, The Charlatans, Queen Lily's Soap, Eric Burdon & The Animals, Blood Sweat & Tear and the Gypsy Wizard Band. Poster design by Lee Conklin features bizarre landscape constructed of human thumbs and fingers (w/a few faces visible).
