14x21-1/8" first printing poster sleeved by CGC, for New Years Eve, 1968 concert that took place at Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA featuring Vanilla Fudge, Richie Havens, Youngbloods and Cold Blood. Poster design by Lee Conklin features large hourglass design w/bare breasts and contains countless tiny nude humans in place of sand.
