Item Description
Lot of three 4x5.25" to 4x5.5" books, all published by Dell, 1936-1942. Hardcover Dell Cartoon Story Book No. 6833 "Flash Gordon Vs. The Emperor Of Mongo" features Alex Raymond story/art, adapted from Oct. 20, 1935 to Feb. 9, 1936 Sunday pages. This is factory error version w/pages bound upside down. Cover has some corner tip wear and covers have some rubs. Never fully opened and VF+. This version is much rarer than the Fast-Action softcover, which also comes along. Lot also includes Fast-Action "Flash Gordon And The Ape Men Of Mor" softcover w/Alex Raymond story/art. Front cover has some erasure marks on front cover. Both Fast-Action books have some lt. corner/edge wear and are still tight and Fine overall. These are the only two Flash Gordon titles in the Fast-Action series. Rogers M.
