16.25x21.25" framed display for Alice Cooper's 18th studio album, released July 25, 1989. The album features the single "Poison," Cooper's first Top 10 hit since his 1977 single "You And Me" and saw great success, reaching the Top 20 of various album charts and selling more than two million copies of a studio album. CRIA (Canadian Recording Industry Association) "floater" strip plate w/small reproduction of the album cover reads "Presented To Desmond Child To Commemorate The Sale Of Over 50,000 Units Of The Alice Cooper Album 'Trash' - October, 1989." Child was the key partner in "Trash," co-writing all but one song on the album. He is a noted songwriter, and worked w/Kiss, Cher, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Selena Gomez, Kelly Clarkson and several others. Framed display contains Gold Record. Exc.
