Item Description
Alice Cooper's stage shows are well-known for their theatricality, w/the artist drawing equally from horror films, vaudeville and garage rock to pioneer a macabre and theatrical brand of rock designed to shock people. Offered here is a latex prop head w/applied Alice Cooper wig. Half the face is presented as a skull while the other half has realistic paint job designed to make the head look as much like Cooper as possible, right down to his trademark make-up. Hard plastic eyes were added to complete the effect. This prop was positioned top center of the drum kit rack mount system for the 1989-1990 "Alice Cooper Trashes The World" tour. Comes w/color photo showing drummer  Jonathan Mover w/head. The prop can also be seen in the live video footage for this tour. Head has some aging to latex, w/flakes of white paint off skull areas. Fine/VF overall. A unique piece from one of the most successful tours of Cooper's career.
