4x7" on thin paper w/blank back. Outstanding graphic featuring a vignette of a ship being built flanked by a safe w/array of coins and a farming scene. Slogan in banner reads "Sound Currency/An Honest Administration/Economy & Reform." A well flattened horizontal fold just below text "Will Bring Prosperity!", a tiny loss at top right and minor age toning/handling wear. Extremely Fine. Rare survivor.
