7x8.75" letter on White House stationery. Roosevelt writes to Norman Hapgood "Many Thanks For Your Notes. I Am Glad That The Response Has Been, On The Whole, So Good. Be Sure To Let Me Know Before You Come Down In January. Always Sincerely," signed boldly in blue fountain pen ink as "FDR". Horizontal fold at center from mailing. A faint light brown spot along the right edge at center that blends evenly. Otherwise only light handling. Overall VF w/signature remaining Exc. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
