8" long w/W&H paper label on reverse. Sullivan/Fischer WBM12. Hanger at top has cello insert w/US Capitol and text March 4/1897/Inauguration" suspending a 1-5/8" cello medallion. Bold orange ribbon has additional text "Hawk Club." Trivial horizontal folds in ribbon otherwise a superb NM example of a rarely offered badge.
