8.5" long. Listed in Sullivan/Fischer as HC-74 and Hake #3047. Additional text at top "Protection To American Industry." Design at center features an eagle perched on a scroll labeled "The Constitution And The Laws" and clutching a ribbon in its beak w/text "Clay And Frelinghuysen." A 1/16x.25" chip of missing silk in left margin and a few trivial fabric pulls when back lit. Otherwise only even overall age toning and minor handling wear. Fine. Leon Rowe Collection.
