Item Description
Brass base with adjustable bands and a small shield design on each upper side while the top has a plastic cover held in a hinged brass circle. Hinged cover can be raised and interior holds glow-in-the-dark paper coated in luminous material. This ring is not noted for bright luster but on this example the brass is in a particularly nice, deep and rich luster compared to most. The ring is essentially Mint as issued. Outstanding glowing power. Issued by Power House Candy, 1948.
