Item Description
This premium is from the 1951-1952 "Flying Tiger" TV series. This is the version with red (also known in yellow) plastic base rather than a brass base with adjustable bands. Glow-in-dark plastic ring top reads "Flying Tigers/Rescue Ring". Top center has metallic dome reflector for signaling. Top rectangular cube slides off to reveal a hollow compartment holding small 3-D brass whistle for emergency use. Ring top glows brightly, luster on the whistle is NM and overall an outstanding NM example.
