33x42" glazed cotton banner w/loop at top for hanging from a dowel rod. Patriotic flag motif background w/detailed oval portraits of candidates on either side of a large torch w/offices in ribbons below. An 8" area of stain at the bottom tip that blends well and overall light age toning throughout. Otherwise only four tiny fabric pulls in the text at bottom. Fine.
