3-5/8x6.25". Front has portrait w/text below "Belva A. Lockwood, Of Washington D.C. Nominated For President Of The Republic By The National Equal Rights Party Aug. 23d. 1884, At San Francisco, Cal." and carries a "Copyright 1884, By S. Vos, N.Y." at bottom left. Reverse has headline "Headquarters Equal Rights Party" w/logo below and text urging supporters to organize including "The Appointment, By Your State Convention, Of Presidential Electors, To Cast Their Votes For Belva A. Lockwood, In The Electoral College Which Meets In Washington, In December, Is Of Vital Importance." Tiny pin hole in each corner, some minor corner rounding and a 1/4x5/8" tan spot on reverse from scrap book mounting. Otherwise very limited age toning and handling. A very clean example of a rare artifact featuring the famed suffragist and the second woman nominated for President. Leon Rowe Collection.
