Washington resting his foot on a lion (an allegory for the British empire) w/text in a banner reading "By Virtue And Valour, We Have Freed Our Country, Extended Our Commerce And Laid The Foundations Of A Great Empire." Professional restoration of chips around base and to spout. Overall light wear and typical minor crazing. Displaying Exc. A stirring image from the birth of the American empire.
