1-1/16" tall brass shell frame with 1.25" stickpin on reverse that is firmly attached but free to swivel left and right. Real photo without dot pattern has full name "Samuel J. Tilden" above image. A single near microscopic emulsion dot off his hairline. Overall Exc. and with near 100% luster.
