Item Description
9.75" long plastic free-wheeling bus (designed as a bank, but w/o slot cut on roof) has plastic exterior wrap designed by Peter Max, featuring his iconic art depicting the solar system, w/each planet labeled. Large text at top of both sides and back reads "Save The Planet - Use Mass Transit." This mock-up was created for a proposed series of bus wraps to have been used on New York City buses during the 1990s. Wrap also features "TDI" logo for company that was to have applied this design to buses. While never put into use, two presentation mock-ups such at this were produced by SuperGraphics Inc., w/their label on underside of bus. Scattered lt. wear but VF/Exc. overall. Neat design.
