9x11x3.5" deep window box w/stamped label area reading - "MGM's Dr. Kildare's Nurse." 1960s. Box lid has cellophane window intact and shows some lt. wear. Lid has some corner tip wear and inked price by stamped label. Box is Fine/VF overall. Contained within is size large (12-14), two-piece cotton and rayon costume w/vinyl piping on cotton cape (which has original tag intact). NM. Rayon outfit w/silk-screened outfit detail has some staining from loose mask string (which is included) and has original tag intact. Costume is unworn and Fine overall. Thin, vacuform plastic mask is NM. Old store stock. As rare and esoteric as a TV costume gets. First we've offered.
