8.5x14". Interrogatory document w/21 questions relating to the sequestering of FBI electronic surveillance of Martin Luther King Jr. between 1963 and 1968. Among the questions is "Did The F.B.I. Have Lawful Authority To Electronically Surveil Dr. King, I.E. Did Officials In The United States Department Of Justice, Or The United States Attorney General, Approve The Electronic Surveillance Of Dr. King, The Results Of Which Are Now Sequestered In The National Archives?" At bottom of fourth page is "Date, August 16, 1979" and signed in blue ball point ink "James E. Ray." Following page is titled "Certificate Of Service" and signed at conclusion "Ray." Folded at center and crease at top left corner. Otherwise only minor age toning. VF. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
