Item Description
15/16" with brass shell front and tin covered back with a vertical pin plus cut-out tin tab below to serve as a clasp. Front has outer circle of stars and "1868" surrounding high relief and exacting detail portrait flanked by his name. In our experience, more frequently seen with Blair on the reverse (DeWitt 1868-60) rather than as this badge version. Exc.
