14x21-1/8" first and only printing for May 23-25, 1968 concerts at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA featuring The Yardbirds, It's A Beautiful Day and Cecil Taylor. Art by Lee Conklin features bizarre imagery, w/a face made up from bodies atop a human foot w/a bare breast and face on it. Tiny corner bumps, but Exc./NM.
