9.75” long cardboard knife. c. 1935. Theater premium for 1935 film “The New Adventures of Tarzan” starring Bruce Bennett. This example was for Stacy Theatre and was for a double billing with “The White Gorilla.” VF. Comes with 6.75” long bookmark by Grosset & Dunlap c. 1920s. Publisher of Edgar Rice Burroughs novels, bookmark was put out to promote Tarzan books with text “More Than One Million Readers – Tarzan – The Most Popular Hero Ever Created By A Modern Novelist.” Reverse has listings for Tarzan novels as well as other novels by Burroughs. Slight aging, o/w Exc.
