1.25". w/portrait at center flanked by waving American flags and additional text "Welcome President Roosevelt" at top. Overall very faint toning and a tiny speck of paper trapped under the cello above FDR's ear. Extremely Fine. Almost no surface wear even in reflected light. Rare.
