Item Description
1.25" w/2" ribbon attached under collet on reverse. Retains original "McMahon Bros. Pittsburgh, PA" back paper. Ribbon reads "Labor Day Celebration Suttersville, PA Sept. 3, 1934" and has moderate wear but no stains. Button has surface wear including hairline scratches throughout w/majority only visible in reflected light and a tiny surface indentation in the cream field at 9 o'clock. Overall both are VF. Bold real photo images of the famed labor leader and four term US President. Perfect centering and impeccable construction. Unlisted in Hake. Rare. Ron Koot Collection.
