Item Description
See previous item #2151. This is "For Your Consideration" type ad for Academy Awards in Jan. 19, 1978 issue of "Daily Variety" trade publication. Top sheet features great behind-the-scenes photo of "Star Wars" director George Lucas directing stars Peter Cushing and Carrie Fisher as well as faint 20th Century Fox logos. Bottom has typed text noting film title, publication title, "Best Screenplay" designation and date. Text on second sheet includes two testimonials. Some scattered handling wear to top sheet, w/some creases and small at upper right, which goes through second sheet as well as backing paper. Fine overall. A unique piece to frame.
