1.25" w/"Shepherd Buttons & Badges St. Paul, Minn." back paper and "Shepherd St Paul." in stylized text at 6 o'clock as part of the design. Striking sepia toned portraits taken from detailed etchings of each candidate. Van Sant successfully rode the coattails of McKinley and Roosevelt to a victory in the 1900 MN gubernatorial contest and served as the 15th Governor of the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
