Item Description
16.5x22.25" frame contains limited edition framed display from the United States Postal Service featuring a Star Trek-themed first day of issue stamp and cover. The first US postage to honor Star Trek, this stamp (w/a beautiful painting of the starship Enterprise) was part of the USPS "Celebrate The Century" stamp series that came out in 1999, this issue representing the 1960s. Holographic mat has images of the Enterprise and holds 1.75" dia. "United States Postal Service Limited Edition Postmark Gallery" medallion w/incised edition number "1874/5000." First day cover envelope has gold foil "Star Trek" name and images of Shatner and Nimoy, who have both signed in black felt tip pen. Back of frame has envelope that holds USPS COA and notes issue price of $249.95. NM. Superb display piece. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
