Item Description
Wilson "Super Bowl XXIX" (1994) commemorative football has been signed by over 40 players from the following season. Ball has "San Francisco Forty Niners" name on one of the white panels. Fresh from their Super Bowl win, the 49ers went 11-5 and for the fourth straight time, repeating as NFC West champions. However, a stunning 27-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers in the Divisional Game stripped the 49ers of their title defense. Ball has been signed in blue ink, w/many players adding their jersey number. Ball has been signed by NFL HOF members Rickey Jackson, Jerry Rice and Steve Young. Other players of note include - Kevin Mitchell, Lee Woodall, Ken Norton, Eric Davis and Elvis Grbac among others (full list online). Signatures have lightened slightly w/age, but all remain distinct.
