Item Description
Pair of 19.75x24.75" high quality lithographed prints of Batman creator Bob Kane's artwork. "The Gold Signature Edition Batman: The Golden Years By Bob Kane" issued to commemorate Batman's 50th birthday in 1989. Published in Canada by First Team Press Inc. These are from the scarcer edition of just 500 as opposed to the more common signed edition of 2,500. First print shows classic image of Batman and Robin swooping down on Catwoman, Penguin and the Joker w/Batmobile in bkg. Second print is done in filmstrip manner showing images from 1989 film "Batman," w/Michael Keaton as Batman, Jack Nicholson as the Joker in bkg. w/Batmobile. Each print has been hand-numbered 105/500 and signed by Bob Kane in gold ink. Comes w/matching edition number COA and original ordering information/solicitation. Prints are NM. Comes with Hake's COA.
