Item Description
Sizes are 11/16" to 1.25". Vast majority are cello with just a few litho. Among the characters and famous companies are a Shirley Temple inspired "Miss Babette/Hollywood's Pet", the child star "Baby Sandy", a button for the famous "Bye Lo Baby", six different for the famous doll maker Effanbee, and one picturing the "Whistling Clown" by "Madame Hendren." The only button with a little age is row 4, #1 with small brown dot at 1 o'clock and the button next to it for "Binkie Doll" with two dots at 2 o'clock. The only one with serious damage is row 6, #1 for "Pat-O-Pat" with small cello chips off the rim edges at 3 and 9 o'clock. Vast majority are NM to Mint. These buttons all appear on pages 199-201 of the book. Comes with Hake's COA.
