Item Description
Each is 2-1/8". Some of the country names are repeated twice (or even three times) but designed in a different type font. There are even spelling varieties (Scandinavians vs Scandanavians). Majority have curl text naming "Finance Comm. To Re-elect The President Paul Barrick Treas." but even this varies as the curl of the second "Chinese" button has no text, just a union bug and the "Cubans" button reads "Heritage Group for the Re-election of the President". "Italians" curl has only address of maker Columbia Advertising. "Slovaks" has no curl text. The first "Latvians" curl is "Gateways Unltd, Wash. DC." The first "Japanese" and first "Czechs" have only union bug. "Pretty Girls" has Columbia Advertising address. The "French" button has acetate a bit too short to cover and tuck under the collet on the left side so an air streak shows. Of the 38, 18 have age stain ranging from a mere trace to others that are light but obvious. All have full gloss. 18 Fine w/20 Exc. to NM. From the Fred Noye Collection and likely every known variety.
