1.25" w/"F. F. Pulver" back paper. Illustration of TR standing, top hat in hand, on a scale labeled "Roosevelt Fairbanks." An outstanding allegorical image utilizing the famed Fairbanks scale to sanctify Roosevelt as a politician on the square. Only traces of surface wear under magnification. Essentially Mint as made. An outstanding TR rarity and our first in 50 years.
