Item Description
1982 Hasbro. 4x5" color transparency art. Art is for1982 mail-away poster for "To The Rescue". This painting was commissioned by Aladdin Thermos for their tin lunch box. One of the first G.I. joe licensees in 1982. They introduced the lunch box almost simultaneously with the toy launch. Hasbro asked to use the art for one of two posters they offered for flag points in 1983. A well known piece of artwork from an unknown artist. High end transparencies such as this were scanned before digital photography was used. NM as produced. A rare piece of G.I. Joe pre-production art. Kevin Watts G.I. Joe Collection.
