Item Description
c. 1975. Lot of six loose Planet Of The Apes 8" Mego poseable figures. Characters are General Urko (helmeted figure with purple sleeves and pants), Soldier Ape (with cuffed sleeves, no gloves), Alan Verdon, Astronaut, Zira (brown dress) and Galen (green ears). All complete with boots, shoes, two rifles, two bandoliers and knife. All figures have lt. aging/wear only. Displays Exc. The Mego General Ursus figure was named after the character in the film "Beneath the Planet of the Apes". When the TV series came about they switched the names between General Ursus and General Urko.
