Nice quality 2.5" wide brass tie bar has metal link chains hat hold .75" wide enameled brass hanging cloisonné decoration designed to look like 1¢ piece of wrapped bubble gum, w/"Fleer Dubble Bubble Gun" name visible. Back has stamped "Fleer - 1942" name and date. Limited promotional piece. Some aged patina to tie bar, but o/w Exc. Rare.
