Item Description
Size 18, 2-1/8" dia. Waltham Watch Co. Coin Silver Open Face pocket watch. Back of original Waltham 3 oz. Coin Silver case has intricate design. Swing-Out case back opens to reveal stamped "Am. Watch Co. - Waltham, Mass" text, serial number and "Coin Silver" designation. White porcelain dial marked w/bold black numerals w/sub seconds dial at 6 o'clock position. 1857 model, produced 1873. Gilt movement serial number 661217. Dial has small "American Watch Co." name at top center. Tiny hairline between 8 and 9 o'clock numerals. Scattered lt. case wear w/a few tiny shallow indents and some tarnishing to inner rims. Comes w/original key. Running and Fine overall.
